Triple distilled from 100% malted barley and matured for a minimum of 10 years mainly in Bourbon-seasoned barrels, it has aromas of honey, vanilla and milk chocolate. Malted barley is dried in a closed kiln without peat resulting in a clean, unsmoky taste.

Aged for 16 years in a combination of Oloroso, 40%

Caol Ila, pronounced ‚Cull-Eela‘, is considered to be a light Islay. Medium-bodied with a rounded flavour. Pale in colour with a greenish tinge. This malt has a peaty nose, with distinct floral notes. Slight taste of seaweed/iodine, lightly medicinal, smoky, salty, sweet with a dry peppery finish.

The gaelic name ‘cardhu’ means ‘black rock’. Cardhu is malt smoothness in a bottle – hints of nutmeg and black pepper imbibing the creamy golden toffee. Smooth, light to medium, mellow flavour. Malty sweetness and a hint of peat. Long, lingering and sweet finish.

'Lasanta' means ‘warmth and passion’ in Gaelic. The full, sweet flavour typical of Spanish Sherry with sultanas, orange segments, walnuts and butter toffee. The bite of hazelnut tasted through a chocolate coating, spice notes and hints of leather add to a sense of richness.
